Start from the Great Barrington Days Inn and pick up Sheffield riders at the corner of Berkshire School Rd and S. Undermountain Rd (41). You'll ride through Salisbury and Lakeville - dress in your patriotic colors in case you get caught up in a parade. Take the Harlem Valley Rail Trail from Millerton to Amenia, with a lunch stop there, and then on to the Wassaic Station for a train back to Grand Central.
